Since 2005 Ramiro has provided legal advice to companies in the oil and gas industry in issues involving contracts, financing, purchase and sale of vessels, pollution, regulations, liability, bankruptcy procedures and in administrative procedures before different Mexican authorities. He has also advised clients involved in the Mexican insurance market (insurers, reinsurers and brokers), in Marine, Energy, Aviation and non-marine areas, providing both advice and legal defense regarding liability, coverage and regulatory issues.
